- Pray for the guests.
- Sign-up for the prayer charts.
- Pray-in speakers.
- Serve meals (see days/times below).
- Provide agape.
- Set-up & Clean-up (see below).
- Attend the Candlelight ceremony (see below).
- Attend the closing (see below)

Here’s the “HGB Timeline” of events, and please note that all times are approximate (thanks for your patience)…
**Prepare 55 pieces each of pillow, table agape and letters for the weekend guests and team.
Main Weekend Events
Thursday – Send-off – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday – Sponsor’s Hour – 8:15 p.m.
Saturday – Candlelight Service – 8:30 p.m.
Sunday afternoon clean-up – 4:15 p.m.
Sunday Closing – 5:00 p.m.
Serving Meals
**Servers arrive ½ hour before the stated time. Stay to clean up after the meal and set up for the next meal.
Friday breakfast – 7:45 a.m.
Friday lunch – 12:00 p.m.
Friday dinner – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday breakfast – 7:30 a.m.
Saturday lunch – 12-12:30 p.m. (Community Pitch-in, please bring a salad or dessert by 10am that day)
Saturday dinner – 5:40 p.m. (Servers dress up to help make the cross dinner special)
Sunday breakfast – 7:30 a.m.
Sunday lunch – 11:45 a.m.
